To avoid cancellation fees, the motel must be advised of intended cancellation no less than 48 hours prior to arrival. Cancellations received inside 48 hours will be charged 50% of the first night’s room rate plus tax. No shows will be charged the room rate and tax for one night.

The Anchor Riverfront Motel accepts Visa and Mastercard. Debit cards will be charged at check-in for the total amount of the stay.

Pets are welcome at the Anchor Riverfront Motel. Guests arriving with pets will be placed in a pet-friendly room. It is our policy to charge a $10 per night non-refundable deposit for your pet.
The guest assumes all responsibility for the pet during the visit including damage caused to the room, furniture and common areas of the hotel, as well as any injuries caused by the dog to anyone while staying at the hotel.
Smoking not permitted in the Anchor Riverfront Motel rooms. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy, as well as possible eviction.
The Anchor Riverfront Motel offers complimentary parking for its guests. Although every effort to provide a safe and secure area for your vehicle, the Anchor Riverfront Motel cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to vehicles or belongings left in vehicles parked in its lot.
Use of Complimentary Wireless Internet:
At the Anchor Riverfront Motel free wireless internet is offered to all guests in their rooms and in the lobby area of the hotel. The hotel does not provide wireless network cards or any other personal equipment that may be required for your personal computer.
Although we will make every attempt to assist you with connecting to our wireless system, we cannot be held responsible for factors outside of our control, such as weather or equipment issues that may affect reception in certain areas. The Anchor Riverfront Motel does not guarantee that our wireless service will work with your specific computer.
Damage to Motel Property:
We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage caused by the deliberate negligent or reckless act of the guest to the motel’s property or structure. Should this damage come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to make a charge to the guest’s credit card, or send an invoice for the amount to the registered address. We will, however, make every effort to rectify any damage internally prior to contracting specialists to make the repairs, and therefore will make every effort to keep any costs that the guest would incur to a minimum.
